MAINTENANCE MANAGER
HIGH WYCOMBE
£45K WITH ATTRACTIVE BENEFITS PACKAGE

This permanent role joins the Facilities Management Division of one of the industries largest and respected providers of Facilities Management and Building Solutions. They provide services to a wide range of organisations across both private and public sectors including education, healthcare, retail and corporate clients.

This role of Maintenance Manager is to provide clear leadership and direction to the delivery team ensuring that all works are completed to programme, budget and quality standards expected by the client in a professional and ethical manner adhering to commercial guidelines, established best practice and professional/company standards. Ensuring all supporting functions sustain operational management to maximise returns in terms of profit and service level.

To be considered for this role you will:

Have proven experience in Healthcare, ideally working in a Hospital, PFI experience whilst not essential would be an advantage
You will be qualified with an HNC/HND/City guilds or equivalent professional qualification/apprenticeship in Electrical or Mechanical engineering and must have a full understanding of the other skillset
You must have a full understanding of the HTM's & HBN's
Ideally have a professional membership such as IWFM or IHEEM
Ideally hold a Health & Safety Qualification
Have a current CSCS Card
