Ashley Kate HR are currently supporting a market leading business to recruit for a L&D Business Partner to join the team. The Head office is based in High Wycombe and although there is the flexibility for home working you will need to be on site for at least 1 day a week.
Salary is £55k + Car + benefits
Reporting in to the Head of Talent, this is a vital role for the business and will focus on embedding a performance culture through Engagement, Performance Management, Succession planning, and learning and development to help the leadership team to drive sustainable business growth through our people and resources.
This is not a hands on trainer role so it would suit a candidate with a minimum of 5 years within a specialist L&D role at a strategic level
Main duties –
·To source, direct and support all Learning and development (L&D) initiatives
·To align all development with the Company's Talent, Recruitment, Reward and Retention objectives
·To identify and suggest new and refreshed learning and development requirements in line with business requirements
·To manage the People Review process with key stakeholders and HR Business partners
·To continually measure effectiveness of learnings and return on investment through key identified metrics
·To provide a focal point of advice and support for L&D requirements in the business with HR Business Partners and their stakeholders
·To oversee the implementation of a Learning Management system
