JOB TITLE: Helpdesk Administrator
LOCATION: High Wycombe
SALARY: £9.62 – 10.58 Per Hour (PAYE)
HOURS: Mon – Fri 08:00 – 17:00, 40 hours per week
THE CLIENT
My High Wycombe based client is currently recruiting for a Helpdesk Administrator to work for them on an initial 3 month contract basis but this role may become permanent.
THE ROLE
* Helpdesk Administrator required for the South Bucks PSI contract
* This is linked to a hospital contract, but you will not be based on site so will not require a DBS. However if the role were to go Perm then the client would look to carry one out on the successful candidate so it would be beneficial if you are confident this would come back clear
* Experience using a CAFM system is essential, this project will be using V Nexus, but if candidates have used Maximo/Concept then this is not a problem
* Required to conduct typical helpdesk duties such as allocating and closing down jobs as required, reviewing and monitoring SLAs
* Able to effectively communicate across various levels from contractors to Operational Managers
ABOUT YOU
* Must be knowledgeable in all Microsoft applications and be computer literate
* Must be able to work as a team as well as on their own
