Carbon60 are looking to recruit a Full Time Hard Services Manager for a global Facilities Management company, supporting a well-established prestigious client site in High Wycombe. We are looking for a business minded professional with a technical background.

Salary: £48,000-£53,000 plus flexible benefits package

Location: High Wycombe, Buckinghamshire

The Role:

Responsible for service delivery for all aspects of the company's technical service delivery on site.
Responsible for assisting in good budget management.
Assisting with building management H&S activities, such as fire safety systems, SSOW, BCP, environmental risk assessments and accurate asset information.
Responsible for the site's adherence to the technical service KPI's
To ensure continuous improvement of the service through techniques such as RCA's PDR's and lean processes.
Line Management of technicians and helpdesk functionThe Successful Candidate:

Degree or HNC/HND in Building Services Engineering
Line Management Experience
IOSH managing safely or equivalent (or willingness to undertake within 3 months from commencement of employment)
Excellent client relationship management skills
