Our client, a well-established independent chartered surveying practise, now require a junior / Graduate Building Surveyor to join their team covering the Berkshire, Buckinghamshire and Basingstoke areas. The company have a great reputation throughout the region for its high standards of professionalism on behalf of clients and contractors. The company provide project management in a wide range of sectors, including residential, commercial and industrial.
The successful Building Surveyor will be working closely with the Director and other members of the Surveying team in order to receive the necessary training and ongoing support. The role would also suit a recent graduate / junior Surveyor who is looking for APC (RICS) support in order to become chartered.
Graduate Building Surveyor Position Overview
Position – Graduate / Junior Building Surveyor
Location – Based remotely, covering the Berkshire, Buckinghamshire and Basingstoke areas.
Contract type – Permanent
Start date – ASAP
Reason for position – Continued company growth
Qualification level – RICS accredited degree in Building Surveying
Graduate Building Surveyor Position Requirements
RICS accredited degree in Building Surveying or similar
Full UK driving license is essential
Good I.T skills
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
Able to confidently build relationships with colleagues and clients
Ability to work remotely
