Ashley Kate are delighted to be partnering with a leading organisation in their search for a part time Early Talent Recruiter to join them on a permanent basis.
This is a new role that has been created to support the existing Resourcing team. This is a part time role (30 hours per week) and will be mainly remote working with 1-2 days working out of the High Wycombe head office.
The FTE is circa £40k so this actual salary will be pro rated down to circa £32k.
This role will drive the attraction and recruitment for the early careers schemes focussed on graduates and school levers. You will closely with the Early Talent Manager to engage the business and manage the end to end recruitment campaigns.
Main duties –
·Operational recruitment delivery for Management Trainee and Graduate programmes.
·Supporting on key early careers and wider resourcing projects
·Working closely with senior business stakeholders, the HR Ops team and Talent to drive engagement with the early talent attraction and recruitment agenda across the organisation
·Implementing the early careers diversity and inclusion plans to attract a more diverse workforce onto our early careers schemes
·Drive a best in class candidate experience and journey for all recruitment processes
·Identify and manage the appropriate external sources and relationships to proactively source top talent for the business (e.g job boards, Universities, charities, social media, LinkedIn and internal referral networks). Make recommendations for continuous improvement
·Report on key recruitment metrics including diversity of applications, time to hire, cost per hire and candidate experience and provide recommendations to improve the process
·Work closely with our applicant tracking system provider to continuously improve software for the recruitment team and business.
Experience –
·Recruitment/Talent experience is essential.
·Experience in early careers recruitment is desirable.
·Proven track record in delivering high volume recruitment campaigns.
·Experience of improving the attraction of diverse candidates
·Exceptional stakeholder management
·Previous experience working in a Centre of Excellence HR structure
·Experience of managing small resourcing projects
·Extensive knowledge of applicant tracking systems
