We have an excellent opportunity for an FM / Maintenance Manager to start a permanent role on a prestigious site in High Wycombe!

You will be responsible for the FM and maintenance across the site and be the main point of contact for the client and sub-contractors.

Duties will include but are not limited to:

Health and safety
Ensure all maintenance works are carried out to spec, time, budget and quality
Monitor the supply chain and quality of works
Ensure value for money
Rick assessments and methods statements
Up date the FM System
All other duties as required as the Hard FM Manager

Skills and experience required:

Proven working experience as a Facilities Manager / Maintenance Manager
Experience working within the FM / property maintenance environment or similar
Suitable qualified in FM, M&E etc or similar
Health and Safety qualification
