Barlows UK Ltd is a long-established family-run company that is rapidly expanding. We are now looking for a National Account Manager to join our team to represent the company’s brand and successfully manage the company’s national account customers. You will be in charge of managing all of our engineers across the South East of England.
Key Responsibilities:
* Represent the company in a professional manner at all times
* To produce and manage a customer account development plan to maintain or increase levels of the business.
* Attend regular account meetings
* Ensure client specific contractual KPI’s are achieved
* Supporting the business and escalating areas of concerns through designated channels.
* Ensure client specific contractual KPI’s are achieved
* To ensure all quotations are provided in a timely manner
* Managing numerous engineers covering multiple disciplines across the south east.
* Assist other managers with similar management roles if required.
* Maintaining high quality and good customer relations at all times.
* Be aware of changes in legislation and product development presenting these at monthly account meetings
Experience:
* Management: 3 years (preferred)
* Sales: 3 years (preferred)
* Fire and security engineering back ground
Education:
* A Level or equivalent (preferred)
* Fire and security experience is essential.
* Electrical experience is essential.
