This is an opportunity to join the Estimating and work winning team of a very highly regarded regional main contracting business. As Estimator you will be joining a winning team and be afforded the ability to work remotely to your choosing.

They require an Estimator to join their Residential Construction business unit, in this it's imperative that you able to demonstrate a current and recent track history of Estimating, including take off's to form bills of quantities specifically within the new build housing / residential sector. Additionally you must prove a pedigree of employment with a main contract organisation as opposed to a developer as you will need to prove a detailed understanding of Design & Build form of (JCT) contracting.

This forward thinking contractor recognise the need to empower their staff to act autonomously and independently as well as collaboratively within a team. To this end they are content to allow candidates to operate remotely for the most part. That said you will need to attend site and the main office as a when required.

The business are based in the Bucks / Berks region and projects encompass an area which includes the Thames Valley and West / South West London regions. Whilst you can work from home and remotely it would be an advantage to live within a reasonable commute to this area.
