A leading privately owned electrical contractor that specialise in Electrical installation on commercial projects ranging from £50k to £2million across the South East area with occasional projects further afield has a key requirement for an experienced projects manager / contracts manager to run projects from cradle to grave with a number of key clients.

The client is based near High Wycombe and Chesham and the ideal applicant will ideally be based 30 – 45 minutes from the office

Projects Manager / Contracts Manager will be overseeing electrical install projects on

Dealing with clients comprising of main contractors and commercial landlords
Manage a team of around Electricians and Electrical Supervisors and Site Managers on specific projects
Liaise with estimator and QS on electrical project requirements and cost implications
Front line customer interaction on small to large electrical installations
£45k – £55k basic + car + bonus + Holiday + PensionTo be successful as the Electrical Contracts Manager you will have

Electrically Qualified ideally JIB
Experienced Contracts manager on electrical installations
Experienced man management and strong leadership of both office teams and site-based teams
SSSTS would also be beneficial
Experienced in Commercial
£45k – £55k basic + car / allowance + bonus + Holiday + Pension
