Customer Care Manager – £55,000 – Buckinghamshire

We are currently working with a Residential developer looking to recruit an experienced Customer Care Manager. This role will entail running of the department and predominantly office based.

Duties of the role:

– Manage a team within the Customer Care department

– Liaise with contractors as necessary regarding works carried out.

– Ensuring Customers complaints are responded to during the warranty period.

– Occasional travel to site as required meeting with customers or site teams

– Liaise with other departments regarding build progress

– Creating reports for board meetings

Skills Required:

* You must have experience working for a House Builder either within a Customer Care Management/Head role

* Full Driving License
