An exciting opportunity for a Customer Care Technician to join an Award Winning Housebuilder based in the Home Counties. The deliver high end properties, each flat sells north of £1m with the mansions selling for over £3m.

This is an exciting opportunity for a proactive, client facing, presentable, enthusiastic and ambitious individual to join an award winning organisation.

The main purpose of the role is to provide an efficient support by rectifying defects and carrying out maintenance works that have arisen within occupied properties since legal completion.

Key Responsibilities:

* Attend client visits as required; the Customer Care Co-ordinator will arrange work visits.

* You will be require to make sure you materials and vehicle are well stocked to carry out your day to day work.

* You will represent the company and show initiative on a day to day basis completing work to the best of your ability.

* Taking pride in your work

You must have a trades background, ideally a multi trade as the defects could be anything in the home.

As the properties are completed to the hifghest specification of finish a keen eye for detail is key.

The role comes with a van and fuel card too, as such a clean driving license is a minimum requirement
