Our client, a Main Contractor, based in High Wycombe, are seeking a Construction Graduate to join them due to continued growth. The Graduate will be working on a range of projects including residential projects spanning new-build and refurbishment schemes. The successful candidate will spend time working on site and be involved in the full process, gaining an all-round insight when it comes to construction.
It is envisaged that the successful candidate will hold a Construction qualification ranging from a HNC through to a degree in either construction management or Project management. The candidate will also need to travel for work, making a driving licence essential.
Construction Graduate Position Overview
Working for a Main Contractor based in High Wycombe
Rotating across the Operational department
Working on new-build and refurbishment projects across London / Home Counties
Reporting to the Project Manager / Contracts Manager on site

Construction Graduate Position Requirements
Must hold a relevant construction qualification- HNC / HND / Bachelors / Masters in built environment, quantity surveying or construction management
Based within commuting distance of High Wycombe
Happy to travel across London / Home Counties for site visits
Must be looking for a long term role / keen to progress
Excellent communication skills
Construction Graduate Position Remuneration
Salary: £18k – £24k (depending on experience / qualifications)
