JOB TITLE: Building Surveyor Manager – South East
LOCATION: Covering South East England
SALARY: Dependant on experience + 7.5% into pension

The ROLE
This is an exciting opportunity to forward your career servicing a bulging Client base, predominantly in the Insurance sector. You will be tasked with;

*Providing complex survey and structural investigations,
*Building adaptation/party wall
*CDM advice
*Expert witness services
*Project management of building projects
*Provide surveying consultancy services on wide range of, primarily residential and commercial buildings, in all forms of materials

The CANDIDATE
Our client is looking for an ambitious candidate possessing the desire to further develop their career within a Building Surveying/Civil/Structural Engineering practice. The right person will have the following experience:

*Strong academic background
*Relevant industry experience
*Possess or working towards Chartered Building Surveyor status
*Good knowledge of current building standards, analysis and codes of practice
*Experience working on complex buildings insurance claims
*Strong project management skills
*Enthusiastic and self-motivated
