Assistant Site Manager – High End Residential – Buckinghamshire – Immediate start

A well-established, family run developer is looking to add a hardworking Assistant Site Manager to an exciting project based in Buckinghamshire.

The successful Assistant Site Manager will join a small team specialising in bespoke residential luxury one off builds throughout the Home Counties and London.

The company has a solid pipeline confirmed over the next few years offering a stable, long term opportunity with great support and development from directors.

The Assistant Site Manager's Role

The successful assistant site manager will be based on site in Buckinghamshire.

You will be responsible for day to day running of the site (4000sqft Luxury House) whilst having a high level of support and guidance from the directors.

The Assistant Site Manager – Requirements

High end residential experience
SMSTS
Excellent organisational & team management skills
Good computer skills
A previous joinery / carpentry background is beneficial.
A valid driving licenceIn return
