My client is a large residential developer who are looking for an experienced Assistant Site Manager for an ongoing scheme in High Wycombe, Buckinghamshire to start on 4th January 2022.

The project consists of 65 Traditional Build Houses that require an assistant site manager to oversee.
You will have at least 2-3 years of experience of working on a traditional build residential development.
A trade background is ideal.
CSCS, First Aid and SMSTS certs are required.
Temp to perm.
References will be required.
