We are currently recruiting an Architectural Technician to join a design & build company in High Wycombe that focuses on sustainable developments. Our client is ideally looking for someone to start as soon as possible due to continued growth.

Our client design & build sustainable developments to the highest standard and pride themselves on passivhaus construction, with typical project values between £100k – £10M.

Reporting to the Design Manager the successful Architectural Technician will take ownership of 3D deliverables working on multiple projects from inception to completion, thus developing their skills in 3D construction design.

The successful individual will hit the ground running, with a minimum of 2 years' experience in a similar role and have good Revit ability.

Architectural Technician Position Overview

Technical drawings for high profile development projects using Revit
Take ownership of 3D deliverables working on multiple projects from inception to completion
Be able to confidently produce Building Regulations drawings

Architectural Technician Position Requirements

Architectural Technician / Technologist and hold a comprehensive knowledge of UK building regulations drawings
Passionate about sustainable design & builds
Revit Proficient
Managing multiple projects
Good understanding of construction sequencing.
Excellent English & communication skills.

Architectural Technician Position Remuneration

Salary £24,000 – £32,000
20 days' holiday + Bank Holidays

Working hours 8am to 4.30pm
