This company are an award winning eco construction company who specialise in the design & build of sustainable home refurbishments, extensions and renovations for both private clients and local authorities. All of their projects are low energy / zero carbon typically ranging from £500k – £5m. As a result of ongoing expansion, they are looking to expand their design team with an Architectural Technologist / Designer who shares their passion for sustainability.

Reporting to the Design Manager, you will work as part of the design team predominantly involved in RIBA stages 2 – 5. You will take ownership of 3D deliverables working on multiple projects from inception through to completion. The company place a strong emphasis on training and development therefore for the right candidate, opportunities to progress into your career into senior roles are available.

This is a varied and challenging role and would ideally suit an Architectural Designer with knowledge of Revit and a passion for sustainability looking to join an expanding company who have exciting plans for the future.

The Role:
* Architectural Technologist / Designer
* Involved in RIBA stages 2 – 5
* Take ownership of 3D deliverables working on multiple projects from inception through to completion
* Technical drawings for residential construction using Revit
* Building Regulation drawings
* Typical projects between £500k – £5m
* Excellent career progression opportunities
