Service Advisor vacancy – High Wycombe

Salary: Negotiabel depending on experience – basic £24,500 plus bonus OTE £33,000 plus a variety of company benefits
Working Pattern: Monday to Friday 8am to 6pm, Saturday mornings 1 in 4 8am to 1pm

We are currently recruiting for an experienced Service Advisor for our clients site in High Wycombe.
This is a fantastic opportunity for a Service Advisor working in a reputable car dealer group. A stable and friendly team while working in a busy environment.

Service Advisor role:
The Service Advisor role entails dealing with the customer as they wish to book their vehicle into the workshop. Delivering high levels of customer service you will find their requirements and advise on cost, time scale and what exactly will happen. The role is with a busy dealership that requires someone who can deal with the volumes while delivering a high standard of customer service.

Requirements:
– Must have Car Dealership experience as a Service Advisor – ideally worked previously in a car dealership though we will consider someone from a large independent
– Kerridge / ADP / Drive / Pinnacle experience is preferable but not essential.
– Looking for a confident, friendly and professional individual with a strong customer service background.
