Are you a Service Advisor that is looking to join a more supportive environment?

Our client is recruiting for their dealership based in High Wycombe.

What we need in you

CDK (Kerridge) experience is essential for this role

You will be responsible for answering incoming telephone calls and scheduling service appointments

If you are able to build a rapport with customers easily, this role will come naturally to you

Upselling is also a major part of the role as it will allow you to earn a bonus on top of your basic salary

Being computer literate will allow you to adapt to the role very easily

Salary & Benefits

A basic salary of £23,000, with overtime taking you to £24,300 and a realistic OTE of £34,000

You will be working a Monday to Friday shift with Saturday's on a rota basis (1 in 2, paid at overtime)

20 days holiday + bank holiday
