Parts Advisor
Shift Patterns: Monday – Friday
Hours: 42.5 hours
Salary: Up to £30,000 p/a
Igloo has an exciting opportunity for 2 parts advisors to work in new bodyshop on a permanent contract with our client based in High Wycombe.
Successful candidates will be joining an already established business that currently employs over 220 people across 12 UK sites but are still growing through purchasing more sites and have the ambition to become the best in the industry.
The Role:
As a part advisor you will be required to ensure all parts are in stock and prepared ready to be signed out to technicians and the Bodyshop team. The role will involve undertaking the below tasks:
* Checking stock levels both within the stores department and with suppliers and manufacturers.
* Ordering parts from suppliers and manufacturers.
* Updating internal systems and spreadsheets.
* Lots of communication will be required with suppliers and manufacturers, you will be chasing up ETA’s on deliveries, rectifying any incorrect orders and general enquiries regarding parts.
What kind of person we are looking for?:
We are looking for enthusiastic, reliable, and experienced parts administrator that can hit the ground running and wants to work within a busy parts department.
Some key qualities for this role are listed below:
* Confident of working with computer systems and a knowledge of Microsoft Office.
* Preferably you will have previous experience of working within a parts department.
* Excellent attention to detail.
* Must be able to work under own initiative as well as being a team player.
