General Sales Manager – Motor Trade
Location: High Wycombe area
Salary: up to £43,000 basic OTE £72,500+, plus car and benefits

We are currently recruiting for a General Sales Manager for our client's used car operation attached to a main dealership in the High Wycombe area.
This is an exceptional opportunity for a strong Sales Manager or General Sales Manager to step up into a Branch Manager position running a very busy an profitable used car operation.
Role: This really is an opportunity to work for one of the country's most well regarded dealer groups. We are looking for an exceptional talent, someone with experience running a profitable car department to a high level.
The right person must be a confident and highly professional individual who has the ability to take on a volume used car operation selling circa 1700+ units per annum.
You must have a solid career history and be able to demonstrate successes, regular achievement and over-achievement of targets set YOY and be able to back up any claims.
Someone who has a strong knowledge of used sales, has strong motivational skills and has the desire to really push their career to the next level.
Requirements:
– We are looking for a proven and established Sales Manager or General Sales Manager looking for the next step.
– At least 3 years running a volume, highly profitable used car department.
– Must be a confident, driven and dynamic manager, someone who can really engage a large team.
– Must be strong with your numbers – someone who has their finger on the financial pulse at all times.
– Full UK Driving Licence.
