An exciting opportunity has arisen within the team for a customer focused individual to join a friendly and dynamic team based at Wycombe Air Park
The position is ideal for those looking to develop their career in a dynamic customer and sales environment, where no two days are the same.
Customer service is at the heart of what we do, delivering customers the highest standard travel solutions with exemplary service. The ideal person would be professional, dependable, and motivated.
Previous sales and customer service experience in the aviation sector is essential.
The purpose of the role is to assist with the day to day running of the department.
Key Responsibilities:
Quoting of charters flights.
Accepting flight bookings.
Supporting with Inbound and outbound sales.
Building and maintaining strong client relationships with clients and staff.
Attending industry and corporate events if required.
Arranging all aspects of the charter
The ideal candidate would:
Possess strong communication skills and be confident liaising with people by email, over the phone, face to face and video calling.
Be proactive, motivated and enjoy working within an the aviation industry, bringing past experience and knowledge of commercial helicopter/and or aeroplane charter to the role.
Be well organised, with great attention to detail.
Adaptable, flexible and great at problem solving
Be keen to learn and develop their skills through in house training.
Be willing to get involved in all aspects of the day to day running of the charter department

Hours are to be discussed at interview, it could be a 4 on 4 off shift pattern – 8am until 8pm but our client is open to discussion.
