New Car Business Manager – Car Dealership
Location: High Wycombe Area
Salary: Up to £25,000 basic OTE £50,000 (and Benefits)

We are currently recruiting for an experienced Business Manager/Transaction Manager for our client's Independent dealership site in the High Wycombe area

This is a fantastic opportunity for a Business Manager to work for a superb Independent dealership that will really support career progression. For this role we require a Business Manager with at least 2 years experience.

Role:
The position will entail aiding the customers in finding the right finance package to suit their needs. Working closely with the Sales Executives and Sales Manager you will need to show a strong F&I knowledge to aid the department. The ideal candidate will have a solid dealer career history within Business Management.

Your remit will be working to agreed targets for the sale of vehicles and related products and you will need to show previous experience and knowledge with regards to stacking deals, working with customers, mentoring the Sales Executives and maximising profit on every sale achieved.

Requirements:
– Ideally you will be an experienced Business Manager or Sales Manager/Controller.
– Must have experience with stacking finance deals
– Looking for a professional and confident character who can fit straight into the team
