Our Client, a well-established Bodyshop Group with a site in the High Wycombe area, are looking for an experienced Workshop Foreman to lead their team of highly skilled professionals forward in a busy and pressurised environment.

Located in High Wycombe, the ideal Bodyshop Workshop Foreman will live within the local area, or within a sensible commute!

Over the last decade they have grown and expanded massively, and in return are now busier and bigger than ever! They have a fantastic reputation throughout the Automotive Network and 2021 is going to be a massive year for them. 

Working directly under the Site Manager, being his right hand man, this is a massive role perfect for someone with a strong background in the Bodyshop environment.

Previous Bodyshop Technician / Controller / Foreman experience is essential for this position. Our Client is looking for the best of the best to hit the ground running! Our Client is looking for someone with a background previously on the shop floor within MET or Panel. You will be responsible for organising the Workshop, maximising productivity and ensuring quality and service levels are met or exceeded. 

The successful Bodyshop Workshop Foreman will be rewarded with a great package of up to £43,000 and some great working hours – Monday – Friday only.
