Armoured Vehicle Trainers (208jc) – Home Base extensive travel – £40-45k
My client who is an automotive management consultancy are now seeking several candidates for a potential tender as Vehicle Trainers in the Mechanical and Operational aspect of armoured vehicles and are looking for expressions of interest for this role.
DUE TO THE NATURE OF THIS RECRUITMENT CONSULTANCY, WE ARE ONLY ABLE TO REPRESENT INDIVIDUALS WHO ARE EX MILITARY
Their client has recently won a contract to supply their vehicle frame to several NATO countries and are now seeking several personnel to help them deliver the vehicle specific training to their personnel. The contract is initially for one year with two 1-year extensions at this stage, however it may even progress beyond that.
You will be given full training on the vehicle prior to deployment, and you will be deployed to various NATO Bases to train their personnel in the vehicle.
The ideal candidate would be someone with the following:
* Experience in the maintenance and repair or operations of various armoured vehicles
* Train the Trainer Qualifications, such as DSAT or similar.
* Ability to work away from home for extended periods of time.
* Ability to travel at short notice, i.e., with 2 weeks’ notice to any NATO base across the globe.
* Hold a current Class C licence.
* Have the ability to gain and hold NATO security clearance.
The ideal candidates would be someone who has worked within an Armoured Regiment and who has experience in teaching personnel probably at a depot or trade training regiment and who is able to commit to this long-term role.
In return they are offering a good salary as well as during the training delivery, all food, accommodation, travel, and insurance is covered by the client.
