Operations Director – Creative Agency

Location: High Wycombe

Salary: depending on experience + bonuses, EMI scheme & excellent benefits

Remarkable Jobs are delighted to be working with a creative and talented design agency based in the centre of High Wycombe. Due to continued growth over the past 5 years, they are looking to take the next step in the company's story by recruiting an Operations Director to join the board and be a key part of the organisation moving forward.

For this Operations Director position we are looking to engage with successful and charismatic professionals who have strong experience in senior management roles within a creative agency.

Our client is currently employing circa 50 staff, and this role will be responsible for the continued improvement in the operational aspects of the company. Working closely with Founder & CEO, you will be involved with business-critical decision making.

Key responsibilities in this Operations Director position:

Continuous day to day operational improvement. You will work with other board members to continuously evaluate and improve the daily operations, building and optimising scalable processes to prepare for growth.
Lead and drive forward critical operational projects. Leading on key projects to ensure best performance is followed and sustained going forward.
Ensure a high standard of conduct and leadership by being a role model and setting the example for others to follow.
Help drive the business with valuable insights of key performance indicators and turn them into clear and actionable tasks to spur continuous improvement.
Lead and continue to support and drive company values, to ensure that throughout growth the key company values remain.

Experience, qualifications, and skills required:

Proven experience in a senior operational management role within the creative industry.
Demonstrable experience of success within an operations role.
Experience in setting, controlling, and forecasting budgets.
Experience in stakeholder engagement and relationship management.
An energetic, highly motivated, strong people focused leader capable of building high performing teams. Excels in judgement, decision making and the relentless execution of plans.
Demonstrable experience working in a fast-paced environment undergoing substantial growth.
Degree educated in a business or creative media subject would be advantageous
