This is a maternity contract, however potential view to evolve into a permanent opportunity.

What's involved?
As a Senior Customer Care Advisor, you'll support the Customer Care Manager and Deputy Manager in delivering our customer care objectives, ensuring the brand surpasses customer expectations. You will provide support to the team, answering and authorising daily queries and ensuring every team member delivers exceptional service at all times.

You must have proven experience working in an office based Customer Care role and a genuine passion for customer service. You will be a strong role model, leading by example and escalating feedback or issues as appropriate.
You must be confident working in a fast-paced environment. You will have a confident and comfortable telephone manner and demonstrate excellent communication skills- written & verbal. You will be able to use your initiative when dealing with customers. You will be brilliantly organised and a great multi-tasker who is able to manage multiple tasks at one time whilst retaining a high attention to detail.

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES WILL INCLUDE:
Delivering exceptional customer care at all times
Ensuring that a bespoke and personal service is provided to every customer to meet their needs
Responding to customer queries within our agreed response time
Confidently handling customer queries across different platforms, including live chat, phone calls, email and social media
Independently resolve complex customer queries with minimal referrals
Deputise in the Customer Care Manager and Deputy's absence, escalate any feedback or issues as appropriate
Advise the Team on daily queries, answering questions and helping to resolve customer issues, ensuring all responses are on brand and appropriate for the customer and situation
Building relationships with customers and using initiative when dealing with queries
Building & maintaining strong working relationships with other departments in Head Office, in particular with our Marketing team
Liaising with the warehouse team and couriers to resolve any order issues efficiently
Working closely with stores and nurture strong relationships with our dedicated store teams
