This is a great opportunity to join a global science and technology leader based in High Wycombe.
You will be part of the Tender and Customer Care Team preparing and submitting tender responses, ensuring they are not missed and are submitted on time. You will also be working with Customer Care, supporting the day to day activities.
Salary £35,000 – £43,000 depending on experience
Responsibilities
* Providing support to a specified Sales Region in the closure of commercial agreements, working in line with sales, order management, contracts and legal teams if required
* Processing all contract requests per policy guidelines, obtaining approvals as necessary
* Working with the Sales Team when contracts are due for renewal or have expired
* Documenting/incorporating/sharing information to the Sales Teams regarding contract updates, pricing, promotions, new product launches and related policy changes
* Overseeing activities requiring special handling, ensuring delivery commitments are met, communicating order status and related items as required
* Creating/amending customer accounts, customer pricing (ensuring prices are created in SAP) and dealing with annual renewals
Experience Needed
* Previous SalesForce, SAP or CRM experience
* Experience dealing with Tenders (ideally within the NHS)
* Previous experience working within a Customer Focused Team
* Strong customer service skills ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction
* Ability to demonstrate high commitment in resolving customer issues/responding to enquiries
* Ability to multi-task and prioritise workload
* Good team member as well as working on your own initiative
