We are on the lookout for a Team Administrator to work on a temporary basis, for 6 months, based in High Wycombe.
About the role:
As Team Administrator, your duties will include:
* To process referrals for the service
* To assist with answering telephone
* To assist with post
* Responding to emails sent into the generic inbox
* Any other admin tasks as required
About you:
* Good clear telephone manner – essential
* Able to type quickly and accurately – essential
* Able to learn tasks quickly – essential
* Good/ excellent Microsoft Office skills
* Able to process referrals quickly and efficiently
* Able to talk and type at the same time
* Able to multi task

* Full time, temporary position for 6 months
