Warringtonfire, part of the Element Group has an opportunity for an Administrator to join our Support Services team based onsite in High Wycombe. This is a great opportunity to develop your career within a Global Testing, Inspection and Certification business.
RESPONSIBILITIES
* Administration for our Testing departments to include – Undertaking tasks/workload and dealing with queries within the Support Services Inbox, scanning, copy typing, filing and processing invoices and credit notes
* The ordering process of various consumables
* Reception duties to include answering and directing calls, H&S inductions for visitors, co-ordination of meeting room bookings, sorting post and deliveries
* Support facility management contracts relating to cleaning, vending and waste
* Co-ordination of onsite fire testing training events
SKILLS
* Strong general administration, coordination and organisational skills
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills
* The ability and willingness to work on a busy reception / switchboard
* Self-management – scheduled and unscheduled tasks with the ability to plan department workload and daily functions
* IT Skills – proficient in Microsoft, Word, Excel & Outlook, with the ability to learn bespoke software, as required
