Our client a global leader in medical aesthetics is looking to recruit a Sales Coordinator.
Based at their UK office in High Wycombe you will manage all aspects of sales throughout their supply chain and also provide support to the UK sales team.
Salary £25,000 – £28,000 depending on experience.
Duties:
* Receiving and processing purchase orders
* Issuing sales transaction invoices
* Processing card and online payments
* Verifying orders, including customers' personal information and payment details
* Reporting any sales stock inventory issues to management
* Manage and maintain sales & demo stocks
* Contacting customers by phone or email to answer queries and obtain missing information
* Maintaining and updating sales and customer records via salesforce
* Compiling monthly sales reports
* Liaise with the logistics department to ensure timely delivery
* Support sales team by processing demo request and installation request and liaising with service team
* Placing orders for system stock, quarterly sales order and consumables using SAP
* Expediting orders through internal liaison
* Directing feedback from customers to relevant departments
* Support UK & EMEA Operations team
* Any other reasonable administration office tasks to ensure smooth running of the business
Experience required.
* Proven experience as a sales or operations administrator
* Proficiency in using SAP and inventory management software
* Proficiency in Salesforce
* Ability to work with little supervision
* Strong knowledge of MS Office
* Good organisational and time management skills with the ability to multi-task and prioritise appropriately
* Good communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build effective team and customer relationships
