JOB TITLE: Sales Administrator
LOCATION: High Wycombe
ACCOUNTABLE TO: Sales Director
To provide support to the Sales Teams.
Main Duties:
* Working closely with day to day support to the sales teams.
* Confidently receive and forward sales calls to relevant sales contacts within the business. Keeping track of enquiries and updating company database.
* Co-ordinate tender responses internally in accordance with deadlines working alongside the relevant Account Manager
* Assist with the preparation of tender handover
* Create, update templates for NDA, PQQ, tender and interview documentation
* Diary management for the Sales Team – booking appointments, ensuring individuals have relevant information for each appointment/meeting
* Book events, attendance at training, meeting rooms, restaurants, transport and accommodation for the team as requested
* Set up, copy, scan and store documents ensuring internal databases are updated as required
* Review and maintain the accuracy of the records, editing where necessary to ensure they are up to date
* Assist with co-ordinating of client entertainment and key events
* To liaise with and distribute project related information with all levels of the project team and potentially external parties
* Maintain confidentiality around sensitive documentation. Coordination of NDA agreements

* Be aware of and work in accordance with the HSQE Management System.
* Act in a safe manner and not in a way to put any individual or yourself at risk of injury or ill-health.
* Be aware of your responsibilities to meet the company’s HSQE objectives
Skills Required:
* Minimum 5 GCSE’s A- C grade including Maths and English
* Experience in Microsoft Packages (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
* Experience of using customer databases
* Collaborator and team player
* Fast learner
* Good organisational skills and attention to detail
* Ability to work accurately and calmly under pressure
* Good spoken/written communication skills, excellent telephone manner
* Positive, confident, and friendly attitude
