Our client is looking for a Receptionist & Admin Assistance candidate .
The shifts are on a rota basis working Sat-Wed, Mon-Fri. And the hours rota is 8-4pm or 1.30pm-9.30pm
You will need enhanced DBS
The job is responsible for providing a timely, efficient and high quality reception and other administration jobs. Reception is the main point of contact either in person or by telephone for residents, visitors and the public and the objective is to provide a first class, welcoming, informative and professional service at all times, whilst maintaining discretion and confidentiality towards all users and responsible for the safety and security of the building/site.
You will be expected to:

The key elements of the post are to :
Be part of a user-friendly, responsive reception service providing a high quality front of house service to residents, visitors and staff.
Process cash and card transactions for residents, and Conference Centre bookings
Be responsible for front of house administration assistance, including post, telephone , emails.
Maintain and update the housing management software and records.
Provide good quality, efficient and effective administration support to the Housing team.Main Duties
Ensure that the 'Front of House' area is always covered during your allocated shifts, keeping it clean and tidy.
Deal with general enquiries, receive visitors and supply information as requested, ensuring that the highest levels of customer service are delivered at all times, and that complaints are dealt with sensitively and referred to the appropriate manager
Deal with problems and queries as they arise, and where necessary, refer them to the appropriate person.
Receive charges and collect fees as appropriate. Keep accurate records of all bookings and payments on the appropriate computer systems and/or manual systems.
Answer calls on the switchboard; deal with enquiries concerning and direct other enquiries or calls to the appropriate person/department.
Be competent in dealing with money, cashing up and banking procedures within the guidelines provided.Whilst temping with Adecco you will receive :
