Project Co-Ordinator
Forte Recruitment are looking for energetic and highly motivate candidates who have excellent communication skills to work as part of our clients busy team.
In this role you would be working for an industry leading telecommunications company based in High Wycombe, providing first line support to corporate customers. You will be responsible for managing multiple client orders, seeing them through from inception to completion, delivering a high level of customer service to all corporate customers ensuring requests, faults, problems and issues that arise are actioned and facilitated in a timely, professional and efficient manner.
You will be fully responsible for liaising with all relevant departments, customers and shareholders to ensure each customers requirements are delivered on time.
Successful applicants will be required to maintain a high level of customer focus at all times, ensuing you meet your customer’s expectations.
Job Description
Working as part of a team to deliver a professional and consistently high-quality project management, and customer service experience, in the area of Telephone System Projects for our UK based telephone system installations team, providing both on premise and cloud based VOIP solutions.
The Role
The day to day role will involve contract scrutiny, customer contact and ordering services as specified from the relevant suppliers via our CRM system and in line with the relevant service level agreements.
The role will also involve the management and co-ordination of order workloads, progress reports and service updates for both our business and customers, whilst ensuring the customer has an outstanding service experience.
The role will involve:
* Order management

The Candidate
To be considered for this role, you will ideally have the following skills and experience:
* Strong communicator at all levels (oral and written)
* Strong organisational skills
* Ability to multi-task
* Tact and diplomacy
* Good telephone manner
* Ability to meet deadlines
* Aptitude for following/adhering to procedures
* Ability to understand and carry out detailed instructions
* Numerate and literate
Experience, Education and Qualifications:
* Having worked within the telecom industry would be preferable, but not essential as full training will be given.
* Minimum GCSE level Maths and English
* Basic skill level of Microsoft Word and Excel
