Please note this will role is remote however you will need to be based near High Wycombe for training and company meetings.

Working within a supportive team you will be providing support to a team of Customer Service Advisors

Salary £10.00 per hour, Contributory Pension Scheme, Private Health Care, Life Assurance

Working hours are Monday to Friday 6.00pm – 9.00pm.

Duties:

* Processing orders

* Calling all patients to remind them to place their orders

* Arranging delivery of their supplies

* Generating letters to GP surgeries to discuss prescriptions

* Perform any other tasks reasonably requested by the Company as required

* Work to targets set by your line manager

Experience Required:

* Excellent telephone manner

* Excellent communication, oral and written, skills

* Able to work under pressure

* Able to multitask

* Telephone based customer service background

* Working to targets
