The Role – Office Manager
Following expansion, this market-leading electronics group now seeks to recruit a dedicated Office Manager, responsible for manging a small busy team of Sales Administrators & Service Coordinators.
Full responsibilities include:
Providing Support to the General Manager and Sales Manager
Day to day management of a busy team of Sales Administrators and Service Coordinators
Returns and complaints management
Liaison with logistics team and warehouse management
First point of contact for all Human Resourcing matters, including Recruitment, Onboarding, Probation, Disciplinary and Leavers
Oversee the administrative activities that facilitate the smooth running of the office
Ensure all companies policies/insurances/accreditations are in date and renew as appropriate
Managing team based activities, such as handling in bound enquiries, quote requests, sales, customer queries/complaints
Administering quality standards – ISO9001
Overseeing office Operations and Procedures
Develop, review and maintain effective office management systems
Arrange DBS clearances to ensure DBS compliance across the business
Creating quotes, invoices and templates
Ensure the office is fully compliant including regular servicing, fire/alarms etc.
Create new procedures to improve all functions of the business
Managing the Invoicing platforms
Your Background – Office Manager
To succeed in this exciting role, you must have broad-based office management experience, including the day to day management and supervision of sales or service based administrative functions.
Further desirable experience includes…
· Professional administrative experience in the field of Service Sales, Sales Support, Customer Services, Supply Chain or Service Coordination
· Experience and knowledge of ERP & CRM systems
· Very good written and spoken English
· Strong communication skills
· High level of commitment with a focused and customer-oriented approach to work
· Ability to work in a team and an interest in getting actively involved
· Good time management, flexibility and multitasking skills
