An exciting and varied role is available for a motivated Office Assistant at a leading office solutions organization.
The main purpose of the role is to provide administrative and clerical support to the team and maintain an efficient office environment. The successful candidate will work closely with 2 other support staff in the department.
ROLE:
Answering and transferring calls and welcoming visitors
Administrative duties
General clerical duties; copying and scanning documents
Ordering supplies for the day-to-day running of the office
Basic accounting i.e. preparation of invoices
ATTRIBUTES:
Good working knowledge of MS Office.
Excellent communication skills with a professional telephone manner.
Keen eye for detail with the ability to prioritise a busy workload, use own initiative and be proactive
