My client in High Wycombe is looking for an Income Assistant to join their finance team on a short term temp basis.
The role is expected to last around 6-8 weeks, though this could be extended.
Monday – Friday: 37 hours (some flexibility with start and end times)
This role is ideally based at the company offices, but remote working is also available with office visits, so you must be local.
Job Purpose:
To maintain individual accounts, including processing receipts, recording, and amending benefit entitlements, creating, and issuing sundry invoices.
Key Accountabilities:
Ensure all accounts are up to date
Record benefit receipts on the day of receipt
Raise sundry invoices promptly
Assist with the administrative tasks of the team
To resolve queries
To provide cover across the team as necessary
Person Specifications:
Team orientated; willing to assist colleagues as required (E)

Good customer service skills (E)
Numerate, accurate and a high level of attention to detail (E)
Positive approach, results and solution focused (E)
Good communication skills; both verbal and written (P)
Part qualified or working towards a financial qualification (P)
