My client based in High Wycombe is looking for an income assistant to join their team on a temporary basis.
Monday – Friday – 9am – 5:30pm (5pm finish on Fridays)
£11 – £12.21ph – Depending on experience
Job Purpose:
To maintain individual accounts, including processing receipts, recording, and amending housing benefit (HB) entitlements, creating, and issuing sundry invoices.
Key Accountabilities:
Ensure all accounts are up to date
Record HB receipts on the day of receipt
Raise sundry invoices promptly
Assist with the administrative tasks of the team
To resolve queries
To provide cover across the team as necessary
Required outcomes of the post:
Success in this post will be measured by:-
Cash receipts and HB schedules recorded on timely basis
Sundry invoices raised correctly and issued within agreed timescales
Confirmation that the control framework has been effective (internal audit, external audit, no fraudulent transactions)
Positive feedback from the business
