Human Resources Administrator
Our client is one the UK’s leading telecommunications specialists, they are looking for hard working and highly organised individuals, who have a minimum of 1 years experience working within a busy HR department, and excellent administration & communication skills, to work as part of their busy team.
The Role:
The role will involve supporting the HR Manager with varied administration tasks across the entire employment lifecycle, including, but not limited to; recruitment coordination, on-boarding new starters, data processing, organising events. As a key member of the HR team, you will be motivated by delivering outstanding administrative and reporting support.
Essential Candidate Skills:
* Minimum 1 years experience working in a Human Resources Environment
* Skilled with Microsoft Windows
* Strong communicator at all levels (oral and written)
* Strong organisational skills
* Ability to multi-task
* Tact and diplomacy
* Good telephone manner
* Ability to meet deadlines
* Aptitude for following/adhering to procedures
* Ability to understand and carry out detailed instructions
* Numerate and literate
