I am currently recruiting for a helpdesk administrator to be based in High Wycombe. This is a 3 month contract position which may go permanent working for a national building management company where a competitive salary and benefits are on offer.
Working Environment
Monday to Friday
40 hours a week.
£9.52 to £10.58 per hour (PAYE)
21 days holiday
Main Duties will include;
Escalating phone calls and email requests.
Prioritise ppm and reactive maintenance jobs to suitable engineers.
Log all calls onto the system.
The candidate should;
Have a confident telephone manner
Have a professional attitude.
Be confident working on a busy FM helpdesk.
