This is a challenging role for an experienced self-starter who wishes to work for a fast-paced and entrepreneur minded business, backed by a top 300 UK rich-list individual. The ideal post holder will already have worked for a SME business within the retail / ecommerce environment.

You will possess excellent organisational and communication skills combined with a natural ability to influence others at all levels both internally and externally. Given that this role involves working closely with the MD, you should be able to understand the need for confidentially and discretion as well as being able to handle and prioritise multiple tasks under pressure.

This role should provide managerial support, anticipating needs and taking on tasks, communications and decisions to enable the MD to make most effective use of their time.
