Our client based in High Wycombe are looking for an Administrator with execllent Excel skills a keen eye for detail and good orgsaniation skills.
Working hours – Mon-Fri (Apply online only) – but 1 week in 6 working a (Apply online only) shift + Saturday mornings
6 month contract initially but has a strong likelihood of becoming a permanent role
The ability to use pivot tables, create reports from Excel data – so advanced or very strong intermediate Exel skills a MUST here
Busy and varied role working within a customer services department but this position is focusing on data entry, reporting and data analysis.
Successful candidate would be happy working in a busy office enviornment (100% office based – all Covid safe from a Health and Dafety viewpoint)
Varied Role will include be the centre point of all data within thie organisation – inlcuding
Internal staff activity reports
Engineers reports on deliveries and work completed
Client satisfaction reports
Ratios of service i.e first time fix – additional call-outs etc
Someone who would be happy to jump in to support the Customer Services team from time-time would be preferred but not essenetial
