Element has an opportunity for a Certification Support Coordinator to join our team based in High Wycombe on a 12 months' fixed term contract. This is a great opportunity to work with one of the fastest growing companies in the global Testing, Inspection & Certification sector.
Responsibilities
* Ensure that client files and records are maintained in an accurate and complete manner
* Ensure that the correct information is entered onto the certification database
* Ensure that client files are allocated to appropriate external reviewers in accordance with workload priority
* Ensure that client file reviews are processed in a timely manner in accordance with KPIs
* Review currently held data and verify against master data for accuracy and identify any issues
* Provide performance reports as required by the Report Review Manager
Skills / Qualifications
* Experience working with Microsoft suite of office tools (Word, Excel etc)
* Experience working in a fast-paced office environment
* Experience of working within a customer service environment
* Experience of the Certification Industry would be desirable, however not essential
* Excellent interpersonal and communication skills – both written and verbal
* Strong team player
* Self-starter with good organisation skills
* Proactive, logical and methodical
* Confident, punctual and well organised
* Strong attention to detail
* Experience of IBM Lotus Notes would be desirable
