We have a helpdesk administrator position open for immediate start. It requires experience with any CAFM system such as Maximo/Concept. The position starts as 3 month trial followed by transition to permanent.

* Helpdesk Administrator required for a client PSI contract
* Could be based at 1 of 3 sites (Aversham, Wycombe, Henley-on-Thames), but preferred to be based at the Wycombe site
* Experience using a CAFM system is essential, this project will be using V Nexus, similar to Maximo/Concept.
* Required to conduct typical helpdesk duties such as allocating and closing down jobs as required, reviewing and monitoring SLAs
* Able to effectively communicate across various levels from contractors to Operational Managers
* Start ASAP
* Telephone/Teams interview to be held prior to start
* This is linked to a hospital contract, but they will not be based on site so will not require a DBS, however they would look to carry one out on the successful candidate before your transition to permanent so it would be beneficial if you are confident this would come back clear
* Working hours 08:00 – 17:00, 40 hours per week, Mon – Fri
* Rate advertised is PAYE
