This is a temp to perm position (predominantly working from home, although occasional visits to the office will be required).
Our client, based in High Wycombe, is looking to recruit an experienced Admin. Assistant to perform administrative tasks as well as assisting the Managing Director. Duties of the role will include:
· Assisting the Managing Director/Finance Manager with the overall running of the business
· Ordering/tracking orders for stock information and analysis
· Management of courier service
· Despatching/tracking of materials, including leaflets/kits/materials and arranging despatch
· Working with the Admin. Manager on event organisation, including tracking events and ensuring necessary arrangements are made
· Completion of daily tasks, including the organisation of FedEx samples and back-up queries · Maintaining up-to-date records according to tasks
· Maintaining an efficient/organised filing system
· Managing incoming emails and responding in a timely fashion
· Collecting/disseminating relevant market information
· Providing commentary on the business developments and marketing activities and providing feedback concerning competitors’ marketing activity
· Adhering to all Health & Safety Policies
Special Requirements
· Excellent administrative experience
· Conversant with all Microsoft Office programmes (advanced Excel essential) Previous Sage experience (an advantage)
· Excellent communication skills (both verbal and written)
· Good organisational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritise
· Confident and engaging telephone manner
