Description
This Administrator role will include these duties:
Working with the back office team.
Data entry.
General admin duties.
Processing orders that come in.
Customer service – dealing with complaints and any questions.
Answering phones and emails and directing them if necessary.
Liaising with staff, clients, customers, business partners, etc.
Any other help where neededProfile
An Administrator would:
Have good telephone manner.
Excellent customer service.
A good attitude.
Approachable individual.
Someone who is friendly and confident.
Someone who has brilliant written and verbal communication.
Basic computer skills – Word, Excel, etc.
