Administration/Customer Service Support
High Wycombe
£18,750 per annum
Our client, a fantastic and extremely busy company based in High Wycombe, are now looking for an experianced administrator/customer service provider. This is a busy and varied role where you will be responsible for all aspects of administration and telephone work. You will need to be able to deliver excellent customer service!

Key responsibilities:
* Processing prescriptions and communicating with patients to arrange delivery of supplies
* Make calls to patients to remind them to place their orders
* Answering inbound calls
* Order processing
* Exemption checking
* General administration tasks
* Making calls to GP surgeries to discuss prescriptions
* Working to targets that have been set by your Team Leader
* Ad hoc duties as and when required
Person specification:
* Have a keen eye for detail with a high level of accuracy
* Have the ability to work under pressure
* Be reliable, enthusiastic and inquisitive
* Have excellent written and verbal communication
* Have brilliant organizational skills and a “can do” attitude
* Have proven experience of MS Office
* Telephone based customer service background
