A fantastic opportunity has arisen for a Senior Group Accountant to join a fast-growing global company based in High Wycombe.

Responsibilities:

Monthly checking of the company's results and ensuring all regions submit on time
Preparation of variance analysis on both the Income Statement and Balance Sheet of whole company division
Supporting the preparation and review of Annual Report and Accounts
Ensuring proper application of US & UK GAAP
Partnering with the Business Managers to accomplish key objectives and KPIs
Supporting the production of all UK Holding entities annual reports
Liaising with the local auditors and Group's Auditors for successful and timely audit completion
Postings of correct USGAAP adjustments within the Reporting system
Timely submission of consolidated business performance reports such as P.L and B.S Variance Analysis, Cash Flow, Capex, Aged Debtors Report
Monthly and Quarterly SOX reporting, ensure each region within the company division is SOX compliantRequirements:

Qualified accountant: ACCAACACIMA with 5+ years PQE
Qualified accountant with several years of PQE gained in either a group finance function or core accounting team.
